The President’s 19-year-old son is ushered into his university via Secret Service convoy from Trump Tower
Barron Trump’s entourage of Secret Service officials are apparently going the extra mile to try to blend in while watching the student on college campus.
It’s freshman year for the President’s 19-year-old son, who attends New York University’s Stern School of Business, yet his high-profile status makes for a highly usual college experience.
For a start, Barron is transported to and from campus in a convoy of blacked out Secret Service SUVs, sailing directly out of Trump Tower some 50 blocks away to an unmarked garage where Barron can get to class.
Traffic delays also aren’t an issue, as the team have NYPD to facilitate the escort through bus lanes.
At the end of the day, while most students might be gearing up for a party, Barron emerges from another secret door and is taken the same route safely back home to his tower.

Yet that’s not the only weird thing that sets Barron’s college experience apart from his fellow classmates.
While the teenager is clearly attempting to keep a low profile and blend in, he’s watched by both curious campus students and a swarm of bodyguards around the clock.
And rather than donning the usual all-black ensemble of sunglasses and suits, his Secret Service entourage of around five staff members are instead said to have adopted a more student-friendly wardrobe to help them blend in on campus.

The bilingual student reportedly doesn’t get a moment to himself either, as sources told The Daily Mail that they even escort him to and in the bathroom – and he’s never seen eating in the canteen.
Speaking to Vanity Fair, the former president of NYUC Republicans charter, Kaya Walker, described Barron as ‘sort of like an oddity on campus,’ adding: “He goes to class, he goes home.”
The comments saw Ms Walker hit with backlash at the time, forcing her to rescind her title in the charter, yet she isn’t the only one to have made a note of Barron’s bizarre presence around campus.
Sources reported one occasion where Barron was denied entry into a bar near NYU in the trendy NoHo neighborhood, as he couldn’t prove he was the legal drinking age of 21, as per The Daily Mail.
Another pupil told Vanity Fair that they once asked him to play basketball and while Barron seemed keen, the student said they felt ‘he wasn’t really allowed to do stuff’.

Instead, the President and First Lady’s son apparently prefers to play online video games with his friends, particularly FIFA, what with being a keen soccer player and fan of the English football club Arsenal.
Ms Walker added that she was somewhat bothered by the mania following Barron on campus, which saw dozens of students snap secret pictures and upload them to social media when he first joined in the fall.
The former student president argued that he should be able to enjoy a more normal college experience.
Meanwhile, other classmates say the teen is quite the ‘ladies’ man’, reports PEOPLE.
“He’s tall and handsome. A lot of people seem to think he’s pretty attractive — yes, even liberal people like him,” another student said, though one scoffed at the suggestion, saying ‘he’s hardly here long enough to chat with anyone let alone flirt’.
