Virginia Giuffre’s lawyer, who represented her in her sex trafficking case against Jeffrey Epstein, has spoken out after she claimed she has ‘days to live’.

Giuffre, nee Roberts, took to Instagram yesterday (March 31) to share how she was involved in a horrific road traffic collision involving her motor and a school bus that has caused her to develop a potentially fatal medical condition.

The 41-year-old wrote: “This year has been the worst start to a new year, but I won’t bore anyone with the details but I think it important to note that when a school bus driver comes at you driving 110km[h] [68mph] as we were slowing for a turn that no matter what your car is made of it might as well be a tin can.

“I’ve gone into kidney renal failure, they’ve given me four days to live, transferring me to a specialist hospital in urology. I’m ready to go, just not until I see my babies one last time, but you know what they say about wishes.

“S**T in one hand and wish in the other & I guarantee it’s still going to be s**t at the end of the day. Thank you all for being the wonderful people of the world and for being a great part of my life. Godbless you all xx Virginia.”

Now, US lawyer Brad Edwards, who represented Giuffre in her previous legal cases, has spoken out about how her loved ones are desperately waiting for an update following her heartbreaking admission.

He told MailOnline that she was in ‘very bad situation’, adding that everyone around her was ‘hoping for better news in the coming days’, while holding on hope that she could pull through.

Giuffre’s father, Sky Roberts, also commented: “Virginia my daughter, I love you and praying for you to get the correct treatment to live a long and healthy life. If there is anything in this world I can do to help you, please let me know. My spirit with you now and holding your hand.”

In her civil suit filed in 2021, Giuffre alleged she was trafficked by Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell to Prince Andrew when she was 17 years old – a claim the prince has repeatedly denied.

Prince Andrew has not been charged with any criminal offences.

When it came to her accusations against Epstein, Giuffre reached a settlement with the disgraced financier for $500,000 in 2009.
